The wake-up call

Most PCOS advice is making you worse.

You've been told to eat less, do more cardio, and “just be consistent.” But for a body with PCOS, these instructions don't just fail — they actively backfire. Here's why.

"Eat less."
↳ The reality

Caloric restriction signals famine. Your metabolism downshifts and the weight comes back twice as hard.

"Do more cardio."
↳ The reality

Excess cardio spikes cortisol. In a cortisol-already-high body, that means more belly fat, not less.

"Just be consistent."
↳ The reality

Consistency at the wrong protocol is just sustained damage. The plan has to fit your biology first.

The problem was never your willpower.
It was a plan that ignored your biology.

The 4-step protocol

What actually works.
Backed by science. Built for PCOS.

A 12-week, four-phase reset that addresses gut health, insulin sensitivity, stress hormones, and sustainable lifestyle — in that order. Because the order matters.

01

Fix the gut

Weeks 1–3

We start with the often-ignored root: gut inflammation drives androgen excess and worsens insulin resistance. A targeted nutrition + microbiome reset is week one.

02

Balance insulin

Weeks 4–6

With the gut calm, we restore insulin sensitivity through specific meal timing, macro balance, and (where indicated) supplementation. This is when fat loss begins.

03

Reduce cortisol

Weeks 7–9

High cortisol blocks fat loss and worsens cycle irregularity. We layer in stress regulation — sleep architecture, breathwork, the right kind of movement.

04

Build routine

Weeks 10–12

The final phase is about making it stick. We translate the protocol into a routine that fits your life, your kitchen, and your schedule — for good.

FAQ

Questions before booking?

Is the consultation in-person or online?+

Both. You can visit our clinic in Sector 38, Gurugram, or consult Dr. Sandhya entirely over WhatsApp / video — most of our 1500+ patients have been served remotely with the same level of care.

Will I have to take a lot of supplements?+

No. The protocol is built around food, sleep, and lifestyle first. Supplements (or homeopathic support) are introduced only when clinically indicated — never as a replacement for the basics.

How is this different from a regular gynaecologist or dietitian?+

A gynaecologist may prescribe medication for symptoms like irregular cycles. A generic dietitian may give you a fat-loss plan. We treat PCOS as a metabolic system — addressing gut, insulin, cortisol, and lifestyle in sequence, because one feeds the next.

What does the program cost?+

We share pricing on the consultation call, after we understand your specific situation. The first consultation is free — there's no pressure to enrol, and we'll only recommend the program if we genuinely believe we can help.

I've tried everything. Why would this work?+

Because most “everything” you've tried likely targeted one piece — calories, exercise, or a single supplement. PCOS doesn't respond to single-piece fixes. The order of intervention is what most plans miss, and what our protocol is built around.
